PERMANENT MAKE-UP / COSMETIC TATTOOING

Permanent make-up or micropigmentation will make your life easier!  Every woman wants to look as best they can when they wake up in the morning or on holiday and even straight from the gym.  

​

Cosmetic tattooing is suitable for everyone. It is especially ideal for those who do a lot of sports, want to reduce the time spent on morning make-up routines, suffer from allergies to cosmetics or  have a medical condition which makes it difficult to maintain or put make-up on.

 

Whether you have an over-plucked brow that just wont grow back, alopecia or you just want to save yourself some time, then permanent make-up will be the best option for you!

 

Cosmetic tattooing isn’t always suitable for everyone.  You cannot have permanent make-up if :-

 

  • You are under 18

  • You are pregnant or breast-feeding

  • You take blood thinning medications

  • Have skin conditions in the treatment area such as, psoriasis or eczema

  • Have healing disorders or uncontrolled high blood pressure

  • Taking any skin medications such as accutane or steroids

  • Have other certain medical conditions.

 

All of the above will be discussed during your consultation appointment and you may be asked to obtain doctors consent before the treatment can be carried out.

BEFORE the treatment you MUST :-

 

  • Avoid alcohol for 48 hours

  • Avoid sunbathing or sunbeds for 2 weeks before

  • Not take ibuprofen or aspirin for 24 hours before 

  • Not undergo any chemical peels/fillers/botox in the treatment area for 2 weeks before 

.

 

AFTER the treatment you MUST avoid :-

 

  • Getting the area wet for 1 week

  • Make-up or creams around the treatment area for 1 week

  • Excercise/sweating for 1 week

  • Sun or sunbeds for at least 4 weeks

 

Please note - If any of the pre or post treatment advice is not followed it could mean your tattoo will heal patchy and/or fade prematurely and ultimately you will not achieve the healed results you want.

 

 

All cosmetic tattooing will require a top-up treatment in 4-6 weeks.  

However, some people may need a 2nd top-up after the initial top-up - this is usually due to skin type or how well the pre and post treatment advice was followed.

 

A 2nd top-up is not included in the treatment price and is payable in full upon booking.  £60
