MICROBLADING

WHAT IS MICROBLADING?

Microblading is a form of semi-permanent tattoo using tiny needles that make a small blade to deposit pigment under your skin. Unlike the days of old where ‘brow inking’ block coloured under the hairs, this procedure creates small hair like lines to either create eyebrows or add thickness to what you already have. Done properly, it is impossible to distinguish between the real hairs and those that have been microbladed on.

The final look is subtle, but gives your brows a stronger and denser look which in turn gives your face more depth and dimension - a perfect solution for a groomed look without make-up.

WHO IS MICROBLADING FOR?

From those who have very faint eyebrows, to those who have lost them completely, or those who want to change the shape of their of their brows, it is very versatile and the options are endless!

HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?

It is semi-permeant and will last from 12-18 months

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

Microblading has 2 stages, usually 4-6 weeks apart. It is important to complete both the initial procedure and touch up.

STAGE 1

The first stage lasts for approximately 2 hours. Initially, a consultation is completed where we discuss your desired brow look, choose a colour and draw the initial outline of the final brow. Once you are satisfied with the shape, the semi-permanent pigment is applied with a disposable microblading tool.

STAGE 2

The second stage of the treatment is for a touch-up. This usually takes approximately 1 hour and is included in the total cost of your treatment. A touch-up usually takes place after 5 weeks from your first procedure. It is required because the colour may fade during the healing period as sometimes our skin will reject the pigment in some areas.
