Kristie's been doing nails and brows for over 20 years and still geeks out over the science of it all: skin, the body, nutrition, the lot. Abi's her right-hand woman, and has been for eight years. She didn't train and then find us. She chose Fussy Cow first, then trained in beauty to work here.
But the real magic is the two of them together. They each bring something different, and clients always say they're the best fun. Made for each other, and made for Fussy Cow. Treatments done properly, honest advice and a good catch-up on the couch. Everyone leaves feeling good. That's the whole point.

A full hour of advanced facial techniques and luxurious products, tailored to your skin. Your facial massage carries on down your neck and décolleté and into your scalp, so you properly sink into it. You leave rejuvenated, radiant and refreshed.
The Hydra Glow · 60 mins£60
For skin that's looking dull, tired or thirsty, when you want a proper glow without anything intense. A double cleanse, warm steam, gentle exfoliation and extractions, then layer after layer of hydration to plump and soften. No blades, no needles, no peels. Just fresh, dewy, glowing skin with a soft, smooth texture.
Ultimate Luxe · 90 mins£95
Everything in the Luxe, plus an extra 30 minutes for a back, neck and shoulder massage. Finished with hot towels and that feeling of pure bliss.
The Bacial · 60 mins£50
The most overlooked area in your skincare routine? Your back. A double cleanse, gentle exfoliation, extractions if needed, a purifying mask and targeted serums to clear clogged pores, smooth rough texture, even out tone and treat (and prevent) bacne. Finished with a back, neck and shoulder massage. Perfect before a holiday, a big event or that open-back outfit.

Starts with a relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage, then a mini facial to deeply cleanse and hydrate your skin with our most effective techniques and products.
Full Body Massage · 55 mins Kristie's pick£50
The one Kristie recommends most, because nothing beats proper hands-on work, with thumbs and knuckles getting right into the knots. On a heated couch with warm oils and hot towels all the way through. We start with your back, finished with a hot towel. Then warm towels on your feet, the backs of your legs, and turn over for the fronts of your legs and your feet. Last, your chest, neck, shoulders and arms, finished with a hot towel across your chest and neck. Bliss.
Full Body Hot Stone Massage · 55 mins£55
Our signature massage. A candlelit room, a heated couch, hot towels and warm aromatherapy oils, with smooth volcanic stones gliding over your whole body. The stones hold their heat for ages, and that heat sinks deeper into your muscles than hands alone ever could. Tight knots soften faster, your circulation gets a boost, and your whole body finally lets go. Easily the most relaxed you'll feel all year.
Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage · 30 mins£35
Short on time but carrying the world on your shoulders? Thirty minutes of proper back, neck and shoulder massage to work out the knots, finished with hot towels.
Advanced facials · £75
One price, one specialist procedure built into your facial. You choose, or Kristie will suggest what your skin actually needs.
Dermaplaning facial£75
Better known as the glass skin facial. A precise blade gently takes off dull, dead skin cells and fine facial hair. Paired with extractions, it leaves your skin smoother, luminous and glass-like. (And no, it won't grow back thicker.)
Microneedling facial£75
Tiny sterile needles create channels in the skin's surface, so products sink in deeper and collagen gets a proper boost. Over a course, skin looks smoother and firmer, with improvements to scars, wrinkles, acne and pigmentation. Includes red light therapy to help healing, cell turnover and circulation.
Chemical peel facial£75
A non-invasive peel that lifts away the dead outer layers to reveal fresher skin with better tone, texture and colour. Brilliant for blemishes, fine lines and uneven pigmentation, and even one session helps calm the skin.
The Luxury Pedicure
90 mins · £55
Our newest treatment, and honestly, it's a whole mood. No soaking bowl here: this is a waterless pedicure, done with warm steam in our cherry blossom pedicure room while you're tucked up on a heated couch. Pop on our LED face mask while you relax, and we'll grab you a heated blanket if you feel the chill.
We take care of the hard skin and cuticle work, then wrap your feet in hot shea butter oil and warm paraffin wax so they come out properly soft. Finished with a beautiful, glossy gel polish. You'll walk out on brand-new feet.

Microblading
Natural-looking brows, no make-up required.
The worry we hear most is ending up with a heavy, dark brow. So here's how we do it. Kristie maps the shape and placement and gives you her honest opinion. You stay in control of everything else. Want them fuller later? We build density at your colour boost, every 12–18 months.
Permanent make-up brows
Every brow is two sessions: your treatment, then a touch-up 4 weeks later. The touch-up is essential, not optional. It perfects any pigment that didn't hold first time, and your brows really aren't complete without it. Prices include your consultation, numbing at both sessions, and all aftercare advice and products.
Microblading£180
Done by hand with a fine blade tool, drawing in natural hair-like strokes to fill sparse or uneven brows. The most natural look.
Ombré / powder brows£200
Done with a digital machine that shades in tiny dots of pigment for a soft, airbrushed, powdered finish, lighter at the front and deeper towards the tails.
Combination brows£230
The best of both, using the hand tool and the machine. Hand-drawn hair strokes at the front for realism, blending into machine-shaded powder through to the tails.
4-week touch-up · essential£50
Colour boost£100
Brows stay sharp for around 12–18 months. Come back within 18 months to refresh the colour and tweak the shape.
Nails
Long, strong and done properly.
Acrylic is our speciality, and we're known for the best nails in the area. Master nail techs with over 20 years in the chair, doing acrylic, BIAB and gel properly from the prep up. Classic French, milky pinks or full-on nail art, just bring the idea.

Good to know
Cash is queen. We're a small, independent salon, and card fees nibble away at everything, so we're cash only. Pop to the cashpoint on your way in and we'll love you forever.
We're often fully booked 2–3 weeks ahead, so please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel by phone or message. Cancellations with less notice, no-shows and "forgotten" appointments are charged at 100%, paid when you rebook. Messages sent outside our working hours don't count as notice. How to book
We don't do online booking. We'd rather talk to you! Drop us a message on Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp, or give us a ring, and we'll find you a slot. Tell us what you're after and we'll guide you to the right treatment.
Appointment only, and we book up fast. As soon as you know you want a treatment, get it in the diary so you're not disappointed. Fancy something last minute? Give us a shout anyway. Slots do pop up, so it's always worth asking.
Messages are answered during opening hours: Tue–Fri 8am–6pm, Sat 8am–2pm.
